In our workshop in Suffolk we produce metal field gates in 5 different opening sizes. These gates are designed to match our 5 rail Estate Fencing with matching spacing between the horizintals. All our gates come as standard with handmade scrolls and a simple stock proof latch.
Our gate prices include posts or hinge and latch plates (for fitting to wood or brick). The sizes listed below refer to the clear opening between the posts. We do not offer painted finish on gates unless collected by the customer. Note: painted items are non-returnable.
Prices listed are only for gates purchased with fencing. Gates purchased outside of fencing orders £POA.

Kissing Gates
An attractive way of restricting access. This pictures shows a circular kissing gate frame in cross-braced style. Circular kissing gates can be offset from the fence line, or set within the fence line, as shown

Catching Posts
Field gates can be ordered with weighted catching posts to hold them in position when open. The posts are concreted into the ground and are designed to catch on the underside of the gate.

Hinge Plate and Latch Plate
Hinge and latch plates for fitting gates to wooden posts or masonry piers. Please add 2cms to the opening sizes when fitting gates with Hinge & Latch plates. Hinge plates are 105cms long which is the same as the gate spine for easy alignment. £100 + Vat if sold separately or included with gate price if sold instead of posts. For double gates we can supply a set of 2 hinge plates.

Field Gate Kits
We supply key components so you can fabricate gates to any size. Kit contains only the components shown in the picture. You will need to supply infill.
Ideal for fabricating your own bespoke gates when self-installing our estate fencing.

Note: Kits are unpainted mild steel and require additional bar for horizontals and bracing.

Gate Kits with Infill
These include the infill required to fully fabricate your own gates. Angle and T-Section cut (slightly larger) for horizontals and bracing for your specified gate opening size.
