About Designer Metal
Designer Metal is based in Elmsett in Suffolk, England. Started in the nineties, by Xavier Cooper, it originally offered bespoke iron work projects to private clients. Since then it has become one of the main providers of country iron work in the UK. We now specialise in Estate Fencing & Metal Tree Guards.
Over the last 25 years we have installed hundreds of thousands of metres of Estate fencing, however, since 2020 we have concentrated on supply-only for self-installation. Our wide range of Estate Fencing and Tree Guard products are all manufactured here in our workshops in Suffolk.
WE DO NOT ACT AS AGENTS FOR, OR IMPORT IRON WORK FROM ANYONE ELSE
We are very proud of our range of metal tree guards and have refined our manufacturing process to such a degree that we now go toe to toe on price with importers, whilst still offering home grown quality.
Whilst still utilising some traditional methods, combined with a thoroughly modern approach, we aim to always to be reassuringly approachable. We offer a small company service and first class iron work at an affordable price.
