Iron Tree Guards

All our Iron Tree Guards are finished using a  high Zinc based primer and a tough hard wearing satin black top coat. Also available unpainted  or in a specified RAL colour (colours may affect price)

Half Guard : Unpainted £75 + VAT   Painted Black £85 + VAT

Stands 1.2 metres tall (3ft 11 inch) and has a 46 cm diameter (1ft 6 inch) approx. These metal tree guards provide decorative protection for smaller trees and saplings.  They are splitable (scroll down page for fitting instructions) for fitting to existing trees and re-use. Supplied with nuts, bolts and 3 iron stays.

Full Guard : Unpainted £125 + VAT  Painted Black £140 + VAT

Stands 1.95 meters tall  (6 ft 5 inch) , and has a 76 cms diameter ( 2ft 6 inch) approx. Splitable. Supplied with nuts and bolts and 3 iron stays.

Splitable . Made with either round or flat hoops to match our 2 styles of Estate/Park fencing this steel tree guard stands 1.15 meters tall (3ft 9"), has a diameter of 1.8 meters (6ft approx) and is supplied with nuts and bolts and 8 iron stays for ground fixing. Height options available £POA.

Estate Tree Guard : Unpainted £375 + VAT    Painted Black £395 + VAT

A terrific feature and the ultimate in tree protection against horses and heavy stock.
Splitable for easy fitting, moving and re-use. This large metal tree guard has a generous 2.8 meter (9 ft 2 inch) diameter top ring,  a 1.8  metre (6ft) diameter trunk and stands 1.5 metres (5ft) tall approx. It is supplied with nuts and bolts and 8 iron stays that bang into the ground and bolt to the legs.

Splitable. This Octagonal Iron Tree Guard Stands 1.75 meters (5ft 9" approx) tall and has a 1.8 meter diameter (6 ft approx). Please note diameter is reduced to 1.6 meters (5ft 3 " approx)  where the flat sides are opposite each other. Supplied with nuts and bolts and 8 iron stays for ground fixing.

BRUNHILD (Armoured warrior woman)

		Currently the most elegant of our tree guard range. Standing a little over 6 ft (185cm) tall with a top and bottom ring circumference of 4 ft approx (115 cm) and a 2 ft approx (60 cm) waist, she is perfect protection for new and established trees. Weighing 70 kgs  and supplied with four iron stays for fixing.

Fixing your Iron Tree Guards:

Half, Full Guards and Brunhild

Bolt the 2 halves of you tree guards together around your tree. Once in place align a stay with one of the bolt holes in the base of the tree guard  and bang into the ground, bolt to the tree guard and repeat until all three stays are in place.

Hoop & Post, Estate and Castle Guards

Bolt the 2 halves of your tree guard together around your tree. Stamp legs into the ground an inch or so. Split tree guard and remove. Bang a stay into each of the indents made by the legs and using a lazer or spirit level make sure all the 8 stays are the same height then replace your tree guard and bolt to stays.
