This arbor was too large to transport in one piece so
I made all the components in the workshop and welded them
together on site. Each post was thumped into the ground
a metre and a scaffold erected around them.
The centre crown was then suspended by use of ropes from
the tree and the arches welded both to the posts and the
crown.
Acid test!! If it'll take my weight that’s good
enough for me.
Again myself and one helper fitted in less than a day.
